Linda Cameron has organised us to visit Moonaboola Meeting Place, St Helens, near Maryborough.
Tina is the senior conservation trainer. She will be talking to us about the various aspects of conservation. Tina will also be taking us on a guided Bush Tucker Trail and explaining the importance of native plants that attract the pollinators, birds and butterflies.
You will be able to purchase plants propagated from the native nursery. The plants are mainly tube stock. At this stage, you can only pay by cash. There is an art display, and the renovated shed is also used to train students in various job and life skills.
